I did baking with my mom and my sister, we made cupcakes they looked trash but they tasted amazing. We made our cupcakes with 60gr of butter,2 eggs and half a cup of milk we then added frosting. We used 80g/4tbsp of soft butter and 10ml/2 tsp of milk then baked the stuff for 20 to 25 mins and we mixed it before. that they came out looking alien like because we added blue food coloring to the cupcake dough to make some of them light blue.
Hi Louis, ha ha, that's my theory too, when it comes to food. It doesn't matter what it looks like, it's how it tastes that counts. I have tried some really flash looking cakes, but they certainly don't taste as good as they look. Do you enjoy baking?
