SLJ-Day 3 activity 1

If I was a superhero for one day the three superpowers would be running really fast, jumping quite high and being invisible when I wanted to. I'd also want a superhero team to fight villains. If I could have a fourth one it would ice breath because I could freeze people. So they would stay there for 20 minutes.

Some one who has done something very brave is Sora because she has been on a stage for shows about 6 times and that's a lot of times the show that she went to are Annie Jr, Once upon a mattress, Music conserts twice in a row same for Kapa Haka. she is my sister

SLJ Week 1- Neil armstrong

If I was the first person to step foot on the moon I think would be like a bouncy ball  because of how high I could jump but not like a bouncy ball that does not jump to high and goes down quite slow.
I think I would be a balloon that could go a bit higher. Or a Kangaroo that goes down quite slow or a ball that has been hit by a cricket bat up high

2019 Pet day

The school is doing pet day on Monday 16th December his breed is yellow Labrador he is a really nice to people and he loves pats but when he is sleepy he is calm and to lazy for pats sometimes. when we go onto our climbing tree he whine's like crazy then Jackson just jumps up to try and pull us down.

If Donald Trump called me up and asked for my opinion about building the wall of Mexico.  I would tell him he should because the Mexican's just come in  illegally and they just walked over it and they aren't allowed to so I think its for the best.

I think healthy food should cost less then it does now because if you get like 3 bags of fruit it costs as much as a  kids meal at McDonalds. So lower the cost of the healthy stuff like fruit.  It costs like $1.20 to get 1 apple. So please make it less expensive its makes people be able to be healthy.

If I was the principal the first thing I would make  would be a walking path like the bike track but no bikes. The second thing I would like to add is a bigger playground. Third thing would be some more climbing trees. Fourth thing would be a swing in both playgrounds. Fifth thing would be a flying fox to one playground to the other also a fort and a pool. Link

SLJ Teaser - Water Project

If we didn't have water we all would not be alive and if you lived where it is very dry you will have to search for the water. But not all the water is always clean water. The ways to get clean water is the rain or you will have to dig underground to find water.  That water might be be right under us.  Some water might even make you sick because its not clean water.   The water project helps you get clean water.

This is my spiral I made it on Tynker  I think it kind of  looks like a fern in the middle. We learnt a new coding block called Variables. I was shocked how we made amazing things and we could make multiple pictures. We could choose the one we wanted to put on our blogs.

We did candler art and we had to get two different colours. We try'd to make a portal this is my portal the colours i chose are Light blue and Green it took me two weeks to make my portal.

Chip Graph

This is a chip graph I made it on Google sheets. First we got a chip packet and then graphed it. You get a Graph from Google Drive.Write Small, Medium,and Large. In The B,C and D.The  flavours are Ready Salted ,Chicken and Salted vinegar. At the end we could eat them. My flavour was Chicken.

We did a Haiku poem and I chose what I do at home sometimes. There are seventeen syllables in a Haiku.

This is my haiku poem  in the picture we are doing maths and that is Louis i was playing a maths game. It took me two days to finish it.

We made this video with Wevideo but first we made a google slide.Then made all the drawing's on that google slide. i chose Red because Red is one of my favourite colours  and there is lots of things that are red.

I made this ball of rainbow using Tynker so I

used when actor clicked, pen down, set pen colour ,to what you would want, repeat 36, repeat 3,  move 200 pixels., turn 120 degrees turn 10 degrees, change pen colour by 10.  and this is what it should look like.we did it with Mr.kinane.

Free choice writing

Free choice writing I went to Christchurch on the plane it was only Sora and I to see my nana in the school holidays. It was beautiful I saw lots of cars and lots of buildings we went to many places we went to Mini golf, and my nana's daughters house, lots of parks, and Adrenalin Forest. Adrenalin Forest  is a place where you climb trees when I was at Adrenalin Forest I felt really scared. All my cousins came there names are Jim, Max and Hayden. We ate rice, meat and peas. The food was amazing it tasted like heaven food. When we got back from Christchurch we saw our mum and we stayed a bit at the airport restaurant and ate some food I ate a homemade sausage roll thing it tasted really good my sister got a caramel slice. Then we played on the computer for like 15 mins then we looked out the window and saw the beautiful sky then went home and hugged our dogs. At home we saw dad and we gave him a big hug. My favourite bit of the holiday was when we embarked to Adrenalin Forest because we got to climb trees. I felt very scared I was like fifty meters in the sky.

Reflection

Reflection Term 2 2019

I like reading because you can talk to other people about the book when you're all finished the page and talk about what you have read. My next step in reading is getting every big word right. I like P E because it is very fun with Helen. We play games a lot we play T ball, Soccer and Rippa Rugby.

One of the things I am great at in writing is spelling because I get a lot of words right. 

I didn't like getting tackled by my friends because I get muddy on the grass. 

I have to work on not getting distracted by my friends next to me and  people at individual desks. I can avoid getting distracted by ignoring them and not talking back to them. 

My favourite part of the term is writing because you get to write funny sentences.
