Ebook update!

We have been creating E-books so that when we have finished them Mr. Abbot is going to share them with the rest of the school. I have updated mine so now it has lots more writing on it. We went into Pobble 365 and choose a picture to get us started, with our story It was very fun. We had some funny stories and probably quite a lot of scary stories, Have you used Pobble365? this blog post is about being in Quarantine

its been stage four for a few days now we made muffins or big cupcakes and decorated them.
Another day we completely renovated all the rooms! We painted, and moved some furniture into the room. On a different day my family and I went on a huge bike ride!  Sadly we only have pictures from the time we baked so here are some pictures of that!                                                           

Haiku poem

This is my haiku poem  in the picture we are doing maths and that is Louis i was playing a maths game. It took me two days to finish it.

Red colour Poem

We made this video with Wevideo but first we made a google slide.Then made all the drawing's on that google slide. i chose Red because Red is one of my favourite colours  and there is lots of things that are red.

Free choice writing

Free choice writing I went to Christchurch on the plane it was only Sora and I to see my nana in the school holidays. It was beautiful I saw lots of cars and lots of buildings we went to many places we went to Mini golf, and my nana's daughters house, lots of parks, and Adrenalin Forest. Adrenalin Forest  is a place where you climb trees when I was at Adrenalin Forest I felt really scared. All my cousins came there names are Jim, Max and Hayden. We ate rice, meat and peas. The food was amazing it tasted like heaven food. When we got back from Christchurch we saw our mum and we stayed a bit at the airport restaurant and ate some food I ate a homemade sausage roll thing it tasted really good my sister got a caramel slice. Then we played on the computer for like 15 mins then we looked out the window and saw the beautiful sky then went home and hugged our dogs. At home we saw dad and we gave him a big hug. My favourite bit of the holiday was when we embarked to Adrenalin Forest because we got to climb trees. I felt very scared I was like fifty meters in the sky.

Reflection Term 2 2019

I like reading because you can talk to other people about the book when you're all finished the page and talk about what you have read. My next step in reading is getting every big word right. I like P E because it is very fun with Helen. We play games a lot we play T ball, Soccer and Rippa Rugby.

One of the things I am great at in writing is spelling because I get a lot of words right. 

I didn't like getting tackled by my friends because I get muddy on the grass. 

I have to work on not getting distracted by my friends next to me and  people at individual desks. I can avoid getting distracted by ignoring them and not talking back to them. 

My favourite part of the term is writing because you get to write funny sentences. 

Cross Country

At cross country we  raced on a farm .We did it on the 6th of June on Friday. We where waiting and eating. while the others where racing. When me Kaylee, Zack, Haki and Ben were waiting me Zack and Kaylee saw lots of fantails.  Then we raced we where the second last group to race.  Me, Ben, Zack And Lincoln were in the race it was the year 3 race. Lincoln came first.  Lincoln's shoe fall of and he just picked it up an ran. Lincoln came 1st, Ben came 2nd, Zack came 3rd , Haki came 4th and I came last. I felt very proud of my self when I got to the end because it was a very long race it took  a lot of energy.

Hi my name is Louis and my family live in Hokitika. I go to Kaniere School and I am in the class Ruma Tui. My friends are Leon, Zack, Jayden, Ben, Lincoln and Jed. My goals this year are getting better at maths and reading. I am good at writing.  My challenges are to get better at maths.

Safe Walking

We have been learning about Safe Walking with Constable Jos. When I did safe walking I had to look at the sneaky drive ways in case there were cars coming. Do not go on the curb and always stay on the footpath and do not go behind a bus because you can get run over. Are you a safe walker?

My puppy

I got a puppy one month ago and I was so happy but he still has puppy teeth and he still bites but it doesn’t hurt. He is only four months old and one day Mum, Dad, Sora and I went to the beach and saw a seal. Mum and dad were playing with the puppy and it was the first time he barked at waves. He is a golden labrador and his name is Jackson.
